When I came on to look at the reviews for this school a few years when we where looking at schools I seen all negative comments but due to us living in Inverkeithing it was our first choice and wanted to give it a chance! If this was the case I wouldn't hesitate in moving my daughter to a different school as her learning and happiness is paramount to us. I can only comment for my daughter but can safely say she loves this school and her learning and development is second to none. The staff from teachers, clerical, domestics, kitchen and maintenance, pta all work extremely hard to provide the best care and organisations for the children that attend. Hope this helps.
they have high quality teachers and well... the kids are not too bad as most of them are good in class but you know... most of the kids also swear in the playground and teachers (in the playground) are not doing ANYTHING about it whenever i got hurt in the playground the teachers actually never even cared ._. so um actually its not a very GOOD school but they teach pupils with really high quality so um, yeah its ok, but the good thing about it is pupils get along very well but most teachers are mean and don't care about us as they promise their class about something and LIE and that is just SICK as when they leave to go to high school they get forgotten and thats not fair because they will always remember them so um well thats REALLY not fair EDIT I am leaving this school and cannot wait I still hate this school

as a writer and visiting author I found Commercial Primary School to be a first class example of what is good about our Primary Schools. Three Items Firstly The Children - polite, friendly and enthusiastic. They were prepared for my visit and know why they are at school. Secondly The school is well organised with every teacher working with their children and doing what they planned. Lots of work in the classroom and a general atmosphere of industry without stress. Thirdly The staff - The head teacher runs a good ship and her staff are warm and welcoming. The "SHOUT OUT BOARD" in the staffroom made me think about what good practice I would SHOUT OUT about. It is a generalisation to say the British people are not good at giving and receiving compliments - The "SHOUT OUT BOARD" helps overcome this. I felt privileged to be able to write my opinions there.
